• Credits and Rescheduling: You may reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made 72 hours in advance qualify for service credits applicable to future bookings.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Any fees for completed work, including research or filings already submitted, are non-refundable.

3.2 Informational Products

• Refund Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and prior to accessing or downloading any materials.
• Process: Submit a refund request via Contact Us. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

3.3 Physical Goods

• Return Period: Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition to qualify for a refund of the item cost, less shipping charges.
